Please read our terms carefully before using our service.
We’re dedicated to making your experience as easy as possible. That’s why it’s important to us that you understand what you’re booking before you commit. We’ve set out everything you need to know below, so there are no surprises. These terms and conditions are governed by UK law and apply from when we provide you with a booking, either by phone or on the website. The customer and Optima Airport Transfers both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Prices
All prices are constantly updated so we can give you the best deal available at the time. We offer some amazingly low rates; the quoted fare offered you may increase if you return to our booking page to book later. To secure the price, we advise booking with us immediately, so we can guarantee the best price.

“Optima Airport Transfers” is a trading name of Optima Chauffeur Services. Our trading address and office is located at:

“You” and “your” means any individual, company or other business who places the booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Optima Airport Transfers, part of the Optima Chauffeur Services group, are happy to advise on travel time but shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
2.2 You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. Optima Airport Transfers cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. No large items of luggage are to be placed on vehicle seats.
2.3 If you need to transport a wheelchair, or other specialised items, please specify this at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 If you wish to cancel your booking:
(a) you MUST notify us by email to bookings@optima-chauffeurs.co.uk.

6. Liability
6.1 Optima Airport Transfers shall use all reasonable endeavors to get you to your destination on time but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions etc. or any other event or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Optima Airport Transfers be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss.
6.2 All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
Conveying of children
UK law states that taxis/private hire vehicles are exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child seat or booster. For Health and Safety reasons, Optima Airport Transfers are unable to provide any form of child seat. However, if you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries out your booking will store your child seat for the return journey. Please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.
